The class is shaped around the group and can start from, for example, high heels, commercial, a specific artist, a favourite song or a theme that suits the bride.

How It Works

Three steps to the hen party

  1. Book

Send a request with the date, how many you are and what the bride loves.

  2. We plan

I get back to you with a suggested format. We pick style and song, ideally a secret favourite.

  3. The hen party

You come to the studio in Borås and dance. Afterwards you have a shared routine and a memory for life.

Frequently Asked

Before you book

Can everyone join, even those who have never danced?

Yes. The class is pitched at a level where everyone keeps up. It is about having fun together.

Where can we have the class?

In my studio at Engelbrektsgatan 115 in Borås. From Gothenburg it takes about 45 minutes, perfect for a day out.

Can it be a surprise for the bride?

Absolutely. Many book in secret. Mention it in the request and we keep it between us.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size of the group. Write how many you are in the request and I will email you a price.

What should we wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. In contemporary we dance barefoot or in socks. For heels I recommend an 8 cm heel, no platform. In commercial we wear sneakers or other flat shoes.

Can the class be in English?

Yes. I teach in Swedish and English, and can switch if the group is mixed.
