Dance gets a group laughing together. Nobody is an expert, everyone learns at the same time, and it brings the team closer.

I build the class around your group. We warm up, go through the basics and learn a routine you perform together at the end.

The class works as a kickoff, as part of a conference day or as an afterwork. It is held in my studio in Borås, about 45 minutes from Gothenburg.
