Every lesson is shaped around your level, your goals and what you want to explore further. We work on everything from technique and musicality to choreography, performance, expression and finding more confidence and personality in the way you move.
I mainly teach high heels, contemporary and commercial, where I combine technique with feeling, musicality and personal expression.
Whether you are new to dance or have years of experience, I meet you where you are and create a plan that helps you take the next step in your development.
Lessons are offered in both Swedish and English.

We plan
I get back to you with suggested times. We agree on level, style and what to focus on.
The lesson
We meet in Borås and dance. Afterwards you know what to practise until next time.
Before you book
Do I need to have danced before?
No. Private lessons work just as well if you have never danced as if you have trained for years. I adapt everything to your level.
Which styles can I choose from?
Heels, contemporary and commercial. Pick one style or mix them. If you are unsure, I will help you choose.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move freely in. In contemporary we dance barefoot or in socks. For heels I recommend an 8 cm heel, no platform. In commercial we wear sneakers or other flat shoes.
Can we do the lesson in English?
Yes. I teach in both Swedish and English.
How often should I take lessons?
That is up to you. Some come regularly, others book ahead of something special. We find a rhythm that suits you.
